Beginning August 19th, come to any novice practice at the Southwest Recreation Center Pool (13120 Vonn Rd, Largo, FL 33774) on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5-6pm for the first time FREE! Just bring a swimsuit, goggles, and a towel.

Beginning August 20th, come to the Long Center (1501 N Belcher Rd, Clearwater, FL 33765) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6pm. $10/class for residents and $11/class for non-residents.
Requirements:
- Comfortable swimming in deep water
- Able to swim 25 yards
